Pais is grilled fish with  Gangan 's seasoning on it, but put the seasoning on it before it grilled. Usually the fishes that choosed to be grilled are Ilak, Unsat or Cubit. You can found this (pais) in restaurant seafood that sell Gangan too, and of course in Belitung.
